Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on US orders of $39 or more. Orders under $39 ship for a flat $6.99.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once it ships.

Delivery Times
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or weather.

Order Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Contact us right away if you need to change your address before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
